All product specifications will be defined in the quality and engineering documents. The engineering team then designs and creates an efficient production line to achieve maximum performance. As specified in the quality management system, the production personnel must complete systematic training prior to work on the production line. They can only work independently after getting their qualification approved by the quality department.
