Time-to-market is the key success factor to a new program. Therefore an effective program management team is necessary. GTEC’s program managers are experienced and dedicated. They are familiar with project management tools. Our project team
uses a matrix organization structure, in accordance with the requirements of the program, allowing the use of the necessary expertise and capacity resources.
Our program managers maintain very high attention and focus on the program team. Their scope of work includes project task planning, progress monitoring, risk analysis and assessment, resource allocation etc. They also work closely with the customer on a regular basis to review the progress. This ensures the visibility of the new program between the customer and GTEC.
GTEC’s program manager will lead the project, from the beginning until the end of the product life cycle. This arrangement provides strong support and excellent communication for our customers throughout the project.
